Highland Park House + ADU

A flipped house in Highland Park needed to be reimagined as the construction left a landscape of hardpan compacted soil and too much concrete.

Berms were created in the front with healthy soil and low water plants. An added path from the drive to the porch along with a few good looking pots and plants. A rocky swale was established behind the berms for water catchment. The back house was given a more sculptural look with a curved cut planting bed and DG with imbedded Trex Decking making a path and a place to gather.
